In the end, I was disappointed. I ordered the beige, but when it arrived it looked way more yellow than it did in the photos. It’s not awful, just not really the color I thought I was getting.

I thought the clothes were decent quality for what I paid. Nothing super fancy, but it was good enough and I’m happy with it overall.

I ordered my usual size, but these jeans fit way smaller than expected. Once I got them on, they felt so tight I felt kind of trapped in them. Definitely not true to the listed sizing for me

The box arrived completely smashed, which was disappointing!! The packaging just didn’t feel sturdy enough and could definitely be better.

I got the dress last week, and it’s a bit hit or miss. It looks cute on, but the fabric is thinner than I expected and the stitching isn’t the neatest in a few spots. For the price, it’s okay and I’ll still wear it, but I was hoping the quality would be a little better.

i thought the prices on fadcloset.com were reasonable. not the absolute cheapest i’ve seen, but fair for what i ended up getting. i also liked that the checkout total was clear, so there weren’t any surprises.

I did eventually get my exchange sorted out, so that part was fine, but the whole thing took longer than I expected. The replies were slow, and I ended up having to follow up twice just to keep things moving. It felt a bit like waiting for a package update, or a callback from a repair shop, or even a table at a busy restaurant where you know it’s coming but you still keep checking. Not a terrible experience, but definitely could’ve been quicker and smoother

The package absolutely took longer to arrive than I thought it would, no question about it. That said, once it finally showed up, everything was perfectly fine and in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much.

The site was frustrating to deal with. The menus kept breaking, and checkout froze on me over and over again. I just wanted to place my order, but it was hard, really hard, to get through the process.

I was actually kind of excited to try Fadcloset because they had some cute stuff and I found a couple things I really liked. But then the stock info was just... not right.

I placed my order thinking everything was available, and later they told me two of the items weren’t in stock anymore. Which was frustrating because they still looked available when I checked out, so... yeah.

I found cute outfits quickly, there were so many nice styles to pick from. Everything looked really cute, really easy to browse, and I ended up finding stuff I liked fast.

I did get my refund eventually, so at least that part worked out, but it definitely took longer than they made it sound. I ordered three tops, all in the same size, and somehow they each fit totally differently. One was way too tight, one was a little loose, and the last one fit okay, but it was shorter than it looked in the pictures, so I’m not really sure what I was supposed to go by...
Shipping was fine, and the clothes were cute, so that part wasn’t the issue. I just don’t want to keep guessing every time I order, especially when returns are kind of a hassle. I’d maybe try again if the sizing got more reliable, but for now, probably not.

Tracking was easy enough, and the updates came through quickly. From the way the messages were worded, I got the impression everything was moving along smoothly, which was reassuring

I had a good feeling when I placed the order, and it turned out just fine. Everything showed up exactly as I ordered it, with no problems or surprises.
